BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking. Reservation deposit of $150.00 or 40% which ever is greater is due within ten days. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, sixty (60) days for Holiday reservations. If booking a reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Secure your reservation as soon as your plans are definite. Last minute reservations are possible if the reservation is made and completed 2 days prior to your arrival. Please check the website www.coloradomountaincabins.com for availability.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Deposits vary depending on the home, size of party, length of stay and or pets. We obtain credit card information for the security deposit, it will be authorized 7 days prior to your stay, and funds must be available for up to seven days after your departure. Security deposit is required to protect the privately owned home you are renting against damages and are fully refunded if:
1.) Guest returns keys and key pack and parking pass to our office upon departure.
2.) No damage or loss is incurred, and procedures and policies are followed.
3.) Guest leaves the cabin clean and ready for the next guest.
A Colorado Mountain staff member checks each property after each departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless your exact dates can be re-booked.
Holiday - cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked for the exact dates; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100.00 handling fee.
We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
We strongly recommend you secure your vacation reservation with travel insurance.
PAYMENT: Reservation deposits and final payments can be made by check or money order. Walk-in or last minute reservations (made less than 30 days) must be paid for by money order or credit card. Visa – Master Card – Discover Cards accepted.
RATES: Are posted at the bottom of each cabin page, (go to “Our Cabins”). Rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children (under the age of 13). Extra guests are $10 per person per night. Rates vary for Holidays, Weekly stays and for peak and off peak season. Cabins are limited to the amount of guests listed on the contract, extra guests are not permitted. If you are planning any type of event, it must be discussed and approved by CMC prior to making the reservation. You will be required to agree to the individual cabin rules.
PETS: A select number of cabins allow pets, if pets are allowed, the fee is $10 per night per pet (maximum 2 pets). Higher security deposit is required. Due to the number of people with severe pet allergies most cabins do not allow pets. Security deposit will automatically be forfeited should there be evidence of pets in a non pet cabin.
SMOKING: All properties are NON-SMOKING, no exceptions. Security deposit will automatically be forfeited should smoking or burns occur.
HOUSEKEEPING: Each cabin is checked and stocked prior to your stay, but due to the remoteness of the cabins, and the sporadic check in and check out dates, it is not feasible to have a “cleaning service”. Guests’ are responsible for leaving the cabin as clean as they found it, failure to do so will result in additional fees.
Check in is after 3:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is by 11:00 A.M. on your departure date. Early Arrivals or Late departures are subject to half-day rates.
